Runbook: Certificate Expiry¶
Purpose¶
Use this runbook when a certificate used by Intapp has expired or is approaching expiry.
Checks¶
- Identify the certificate name and location.
- Confirm expiry date.
- Check whether the certificate is stored in Key Vault.
- Confirm where the certificate is used.
- Validate renewal ownership.
- Review change requirements for replacement.
Resolution Options¶
- Renew certificate through approved certificate process
- Import updated certificate into Key Vault
- Update Application Gateway or application binding
- Validate HTTPS endpoint after replacement
