Runbook: Intapp SQL Performance Issue

Purpose

Use this runbook when Intapp performance degradation may be linked to SQL.

Checks

1. Review CPU, memory and storage latency.
2. Check active sessions and blocking.
3. Review failed connections.
4. Check query performance insights.
5. Confirm recent deployments or data loads.
6. Review backup or maintenance jobs.

Escalation

Escalate to DBA or Application Support where query tuning, index changes or application-level investigation is required.
