Runbook: Intapp High Memory Alert

Purpose

Use this runbook when memory utilisation is above the agreed operational threshold.

Checks

1. Confirm alert duration and current memory usage.
2. Identify top memory-consuming processes.
3. Review whether the issue is recurring.
4. Check recent deployments, patches or scheduled jobs.
5. Confirm whether users are impacted.
6. Review application logs for errors.

Resolution Options

• Restart affected service where approved
• Recycle application process where supported
• Increase VM size if capacity is consistently constrained
• Raise a problem record or CIM for recurring memory growth
