SOP: Intapp Azure Resource Lifecycle¶
Purpose¶
This SOP defines how Intapp Azure resources are reviewed, suspended, retired or decommissioned.
Lifecycle States¶
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Operational | Live and supported |
| Suspended | Inactive but retained |
| Retired | No longer required but held for observation |
| PendingDeletion | Approved for deletion |
| Deleted | Removed and records updated |
