Runbook: Intapp Disk Space Alert

Purpose

Use this runbook when disk utilisation exceeds the agreed threshold.

Checks

1. Confirm affected disk and drive letter.
2. Review current utilisation and growth trend.
3. Identify large folders and recent file growth.
4. Check logs, temp files, exports and backups.
5. Confirm whether the disk is managed by the application or platform team.

Resolution Options

• Clear approved temporary files
• Rotate or archive logs
• Expand disk through approved process
• Escalate if application data retention is unclear
